The object of this document is to regulate the RULES OF USE and to safeguard the PROTECTION OF THE USERS of (www.saahas.life), owned by Navyaa Mrig, based at 6292, C/6, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi -110070. The terms “You” and “USER” are used herein to refer to the individuals or entities that access this website for whatever reason.
Through https://www.saahas.life the official website of SAAHAS aims to bring the world of Sahas closer to its users by providing users with information on its activities to serve people and also to inform the functioning of Saahas, a Non- Government Organisation in the interest of the Society at large. To sensitize people about organ donation and transplantation.

This contract constitutes the total and complete agreement between Saahas and the user and substitutes all previous pacts, undertakings, statements, and agreements, whether written or oral, that may have existed previously between both parties. Provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 as amended shall apply to any dispute arising out of and between the user of the website that is https://saahas.life and Saahas.
